Hello everyone. This is Takayuki Kondo. On February 18th, we held an annual company event called “Kansyanotsudoi”. We held this event for the 19th consecutive year. As well as the last year, the event was divided into 3 parts, i.e. corporate strategy meeting, lecture meeting, and reception party. We welcomed about 120 guests this year. I feel strong gratitude toward them.
In the corporate strategy meeting, I gave a presentation on our previous year and future policies. In order to take advantage of remorse of the last year, I set 3 policies, i.e. 1. dedicate, 2. try everything, 3. give people around pleasure. I think these 3 policies are basics of business. We will do business back to the basics this year.
In the lecture meeting, we invited 2 guest lecturers. First lecturer was Koichi Hagiwara. We received a lot of assistance from him when we established a relationship with Africa and hosted an international recycle conference previously. I wanted to listen to his lecture more as there were many spiritual stories in his lecture. All of our staff read his book published last year and wrote a book report.
The second lecturer was Masanori Kanda. We invited him for the 5th consecutive year. I’m encouraged by his lecture every year as it always looks into the future. He told us that it was important to build a simple business model in this era of information explosion. His lecture was very specific and substantial.
I received a lot of energy from the participants including well-known people from various industries. I felt that we were linked with wonderful people and always supported by them. We will work hard in order to give them more pleasure.
