Hello everyone. This is Takayuki Kondo. On 13th October, we had visitors from the commerce and industry association of Chiryu city, Aichi prefecture. They visited us as a part of study tours of their board member.
They visited us at a recommendation of Mr. Isomura, president of Houan Industry Co., Ltd. and vice-chairman of commerce and industry association of Chiryu city. I do not have a business relation with president Isomura, but we share various pieces of information since I met him through a mutual acquaintance over 10 years ago. We exchange our public relations magazines each other. Also, he visits our corporate strategy meeting every year.
I also visited an event of his company with our chairman Kondo. His company is wonderful company which has very positive corporate culture and is full of cheer and humanity. I receive a lot of hints and inspirations from his company, so I’m very grateful to him.
Thanks to the president Isomura’s recommendation, we had 18 visitors this time and they were all highly motivated. I received many questions from them when I explained about our business and guided them in our factory. I receive a lot of hints and valuable feedbacks from our visitors every time. This time, I received a pleasant comment from them as follows:
“Thank you very much for taking in our visit this time. We learned that your business pursued not only a profit but also a contribution to the global environmental conservation by recycling of industrial resources. All the participants were deeply impressed to know that your business could contribute to the global environment by establishing the venous industry and creating a recycling society.”
This was the highest compliment. We have an in-house system called “Like reporting” and share voices of customers like this with all employees at our morning meeting next day.
We will work every day in an attitude of humility and feel customers’ pleasure our pleasure so that we can receive such a pleasant compliment again.
