The presentation tournament on JUNE 17th


Hello, everyone.

This is Takayuki Kondo.

 

We had 8 new employees since last April:

 

3 of them are university graduate students, 2 graduated from high school, 1 from Russia, 1 from the Philippines and a mid-career worker.

 

After a training period of 3 months, working in each area, they took an examination in June and made a presentation at the end of the trial period.

 

The contents of the examination include Business manners and Management philosophy and vision of Kaiho.

 

The theme of the presentation was “Appeal point of Kaiho”. We held this presentation tournament every year from 3 years ago.

There is not a correct answer, our objective is to hear their ideas and impressions.

I guess they were a little nervous because people of the jury were our company executives.

 

The presentation tournament of this year was great. I could feel potential in all of them.

They formed 3 groups, and all of them showed really good ideas and rich in variety. For example, the situation of the job interview presented like a picture-story.

 

Half of the new employee is fresh graduates. Moreover, two of them are foreigners (Russian and Philippian), so to communicate properly with them, I selected employees that started to work from last year to support them. Supporters also could learn a lot.

 

In this presentation tournament, the level of the presentation is important, but the most important thing is the process. I think they could get good chances to improve teamwork and the learning attitude.

 

I felt that we have a really good employee’s team.

I’m sure that this great connection makes this company great so we will also grow up more.
