New Employee Training “THE 10 GOLD VALUES FOR EMPLOYEES IN KAIHO”


Hello everyone.

This is Takayuki Kondo.

 

We have 8 new employees from last April:

3 of them are university graduated students, 2 graduated from high school, 1 from Russia, 1 from Philippines and a mid-career worker.

 

The training plan for all of them consists in 7 sections:

  1. Management philosophy and vision of Kaiho
  2. Mental attitude as an employee of Kaiho
  3. Company rules
  4. Venous industry theory
  5. Watching and commenting a DVD of a lecture
  6. Business manners
  7. Presentation of attractive points of Kaiho by teams (team working)

 

They have a trial period of 3 months.

They will take an examination and make a presentation in June, the last month of the trial period.

It is important that they will demonstrate their interest in learning due to being able to take their own decisions in future. This exam and presentation is a good chance to demonstrate it.

 

I explained them about “THE 10 GOLD VALUES FOR EMPLOYEES IN KAIHO”.

This code was written by our own employees some years ago; that is mean the code doesn´t come from up-down but the bottom-up.

 

Among this ideas, I really appreciate one: “let’s make obvious things ordinarily”.

To build a good company, it is really important to improve the level of our ordinary actions.

 

Then, I explained them about how to follow this rule. For example, putting the shoes together, taking the initiative in greeting each other and picking up garbage.

There are huge differences between just understanding and moving to action.

We can make good corporate value by moving to action about obvious things.

I will continue working on the “obvious thing” for building a better company.
