Hello everyone.
This is Kondo Takayuki.
Our annual party was held last February 2nd.
With this it has been the 18th party that we are celebrating. The party was divided in 3 parts: orientation of the policy of management, a lecture and a brotherhood party.
That was the first annual party for me as a CEO so it was especially moving for me.
Thank you very much for taking part on it.
Many participants took part. For example: Mr. Makoto Kouyama, CEO of Alibaba.com Japan Co., Ltd; Mr. Nobuo Shimizu, CEO of U-PARTS,INC. and Mr. Akio Hosono, CEO of I-O DATA DEVICE, INC.. I realized how we are cooperating one each other.
About the orientation of the policy of management session, I changed the way of presentation. Last year, the presentations were held by Kaiho s executives, but this one by Department Heads. The number of presentation used to be 10, but were reduced to 5 this year.
Until now, the direction of Kaiho was supported by the President but, from now on, it is important that ‘individualities’ and ‘teams’ will take part too.
I want to work in cooperation with the executives to improve Kaiho.
During the lecture section, Mr. Masanori Kanda gave us a speech. The speech was connected to the future. It was so exciting and I could learn a lot.
The lecture started from the story of quantum computer and he explained how the World is changing so fast. I realized that there are many possibilities all over the World.
I also learned the importance of ‘Connecting Intelligence’; the situation that there’s no inexactness. In the informatization of the society, it is easy to see through the truth, so wearing a double face is not possible.
Last lecture was entitled “Keyword of this year is COHESIVENESS.” I wanted to scream that “I really agree with you!”
